Andrew Hill

Andrew Hill, founder of Hillcrest, began his professional career over 10 years ago. He has followed in the footsteps of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, all of whom were businessmen. However, before entering the business world Andrew spent years in the trades. From hardscapes to whole-home renovations Andrew draws on his relevant experience within the world of construction to offer a unique opportunity for tradesmen to learn business success from someone who speaks their language. His business expertise comes from a history in accounting including roles within tax, audit, and valuation.

In my experience all lot of guys in this field are not businessmen. A lot of them are not good with money management either. My goal is to help them understand the numbers. The comment I hear a lot is "I don't even know how much money I'm making." My goal is to get them to understand how much they make and then help them implement a system to get them to where they want to be financially.
